We are here to guide you through the process and ensure that you have the support you need. You will be assigned your own mentor who will provide regular support on a weekly or monthly basis.

We advocate to effect change, support those experiencing post-separation abuse and empower anyone silenced by fear to lift their voices and bring awareness to this cause by advocating for policy change.

This class is tailored for women who want to learn how to defend themselves in challenging situations, especially those who have been affected by domestic violence or post separation abuse. Whether you’re new to self defense or looking to enhance your skills, this class is open to women of all fitness levels.es here
